RadCam was invented by Dole Productions, a firm owned by a movie director who also rented equipment to several movie studios. Advanced Database Systems (ADS) designed and built a relational database systems to track and manage customers, correspondence, billing, inventory control, parts, and the sub-assembly of custom parts for multiple units (of miniature wireless radio controlled cameras).
